No Count - noodles!?

Just starting out on No Count and in the little booklet it mentions wholewheat pasta and brown rice but no mention of noodles 🙁 Does that mean they are counted? I also wondered if the list is ever up dated to include new products? I'm a gold member so don't pay and therefore unless l do pay a fee l can't access the ww website to check. Thanks x

Hi arty!! I'm an online member and have just decided to give no count a try! Unfortunately there is no mention of noodles on the list I printed off the website yesterday.
You might find the following website useful www.lovingnocount.com
It's been made by a member who is maintaining on no count!!
I also have the shopping guide which tells you a lot of no count things.

Hello Emma
Thanks. Just looked at the list and l suppose you could substitute wholewheat spaghetti for noodles? My problem is l eat absolute rubbish and l need to start cooking from scratch and eating properly. So, I'm going to plan a few recipes and see how l get on. The lists are just good wholesome food...but l crave Frazzles, Wotsits and endless chocolate!!! Need to up my game. Good luck with No Count..you'll have to let me know how you get on.😊

Thank you so much for the link to the blog. I have learned more from that than the WW website.

I must admit I had given up on no count by lunchtime, but will give it a go again in a couple of weeks. Trying to work out points for me and hubby for tonight's dinner, with him counting, was just too much. I will work on him Wink

If you are on FB there is a great no count group on there (WW - No Count Friends). Lots of good ideas.

if you check out Instagram and look up #nocount there will be inspiration. I don't normally do no count but my day consisted of shredded wheat and raspberries for breakfast, bacon omelette and beans for lunch then dinner was brown rice, chicken, red onion & tomato marinaded in piri piri sauce I got from meeting and 0% greek yoghurt with banana and blueberries. So far so good lol

Have you tried the Blue Dragon Wholewheat noodles? Although they aren't on the NC list, Im sure all the ingredients are NC.
I have been having them and still lost weight.
