hi I have just joined WW today as even though I am eating very healthy I am not able to lose weight on my own , also I have a wedding to go to in September that is 6 months away so I am hoping to lose at least 1 stone till than. I am slightly overweight looking at my BMI so I don't think I will lose very fast. I have so many questions to ask you;
1- Fruit allowance, I understand fruits are free in moderation I assume. What is your fruit allowance look like in a day?
2- i entered my points and I have already eaten too many now, for example I have porridge with seeds which keeps me full til lunch time but seeds seem to be very high in points (my breakfast comes to 9 points) and to reduce my points I could eat only fruit with oats but I would be starving in a couple of hours as its just carbs and I am sensitive to carbs. What do you eat for breakfast to keep you full for a long time? any ideas?
3- do you eat your weekly allowance and still lose weight?
