I find that I do really well during the day but as soon as the kids have gone to bed I need to snack! I always have a stash of sugar free jelly ready, but what other things can you suggest for me please? tia

How about making a fruit salad to keep in the fridge for a few days? Easy and quick to access so you won't have time to consider something worse Wink

I also find Prunes and dates quite satisfying and sweet for the evening.

Frozen yoghurt
Monkey nuts
Blueberries

Honestly? I very rarely eat dinner and am not interested in snacks either.

When I was a regular dinner-eater, I would pick like crazy all night on anything and everything. These days a mug of tea at 8pm does me fine.

I thinks it's something you will need to try and avoid for long term weight loss. Snacking still sneaks in 100s of extra calories that you dont need.

The best thing would be fruit or veg. I love the fresh cold pots of mango cut up from Tesco, expensive but every now and then as a treat it's delicious. Kiwi, apple cut into sections, satsumas?

Great idea with the pots, at least it's ready to grab from the fridge :-)
