The point value can vary hugely! Do you have your drink black or with milk? If you have milk how much do you have? What type of milk do you use? Do you add sugar or sweeteners? If so how much?

Hi, I probably add a bit but not loads, I like my tea/coffee not too strong and not too weak and I have without sugar or sometimes a sweetener

I stopped having milk so that I could stop counting (and use the points on something else). I soon got the taste of black coffee and now can't drink it with milk. I do know that some people count out a daily allowance of milk for the days drinks and so point it all in one go.

I allow myself half a pint of milk a day of semi skimmed milk: 5 point. I use some of it in my porridge for breakfast and the rest I use for coffee: usually around 4 cups a day.

Sometimes there's a small amount left over if I have less in one cup of coffee on that day but it generally works out more or less right. Trying to point each cup of coffee would, I think, be impossible. I don't have sugar but if I did I would point that as I go along.
