Hi I'd like to know if I'm the only one who does really well all week and then sits and eats a large (albeit raison and oatmeal ) cookie and most of a sharing sized big of crisps. Also I know I'll have a few drinks tonight..I'm so silly and have no will power 😣😣😣. It's cause I've not ate properly today I've just picked at stUffington as I've had a sicky headache all week and can't be bothered to organise proper meals atm ..so annoyed !!

No, you're not the only one!

Good to hear I'm not but it sure feels like it-seems every where i look people looks slim and attractive . Doesn't help I'm in a fashion/ looks culture industry . Everyone I work with is a size 8 to 10 and dainty-I feel like a big dumpy giant . Im surrounded by mirrors aswell!!
I'd like to see what people who had lots of energy and look really good etc eat in an average day. I do try but it seems very time consuming and expensive to eat healthy all the time .

I've fallen off the wagon so badly. I feel super crappy about it too

Hey I'm sorry to hear you feel that way! I sued to do that all the time as I'm a classic binge eater. The problem is it happens because dieting simply doesn't work. That's because it's all about restriction, which from a psychology point of view as soon as you tell yourself you can't have it you simply want it more. This puts a huge amount of strain on you mentally, until you eventually snap and go overboard. That's why you need to stop putting so much pressure on yourself and move away from the mindset of trying to be perfect, and instead just try to be the best that you can. When you do that and start enjoying the weight loss journey for what it is, you will get far better results that are also maintainable long term.

If you don't mind me asking what are you trying to do and how much are you trying to lose?

You need to try a different diet. I think you're just on the wrong one for you, I do low carb and I think it might work for you, as you're bingeing on carbs and you are hungry. Low carb makes you feel full and removes those carb and sugar cravings.

I find the WW app to be brilliant - tap the chat button on the right & tell them your trouble - it helps me in moments of weakness
