Am joining again after a good break. Im 2 stone and 2-3 dress sizes bigger. Will be best using the Smart Point option as opposed to the No Count.

Can someone suggest some good evening meal ideas as I am doing my shopping today.

Hi there, I recently rejoined and am loving it! I can't suggest anything in particular but I'm finding lots of inspiration on the ww website and on pinterest but haven't been too ambitious. It's going to be slow going for me (thyroid issues) but I've lost 5lbs in 2 weeks and today I had a croissant. Nice to know nothing is off limits, and I'm finding the online counting pretty easy. My biggest challenge is planning, I've been eating first and counting later whereas I should be planning a bit more to avoid point surprises!

I'm finding it so liberating to be able to eat anything within reason. Hope today's gone well for you!
