I'm looking for a bit of help please! I just rejoined ww this morning and I've had a look through the eating book but I can't figure out how to work out the points in something. I'm not online for it till next week. Is there s way you can work out the points in something please?

Most general foods are in the list starting on page 103 of the Eat book. Or if you have a packaged food and you want to work out the points you can do it from the nutritional information label. There is a calculator here but it is an online one (but then MN is also online so I assume you have some way to get online):
