Hi! I'm new to Mumsnet, so hello everyone! 
I joined WW about 18 years ago to lose weight after my son was born, and am now a Lifetime Member! I reached my goal weight of 9st in 3 months losing 35lbs in total! I did lose a further stone but I was too thin and in reality I couldn't maintain that weight!!
I'm now 54 and since menopause my weight has gradually crept on and I'm struggling to lose about 7lbs! I know it doesn't sound a lot but I'm only 5'2" and 7lbs shows!!!
I don't know the new WW system at all and still use the old counting points method!
Is the new system any better?
I still find that writing EVERYTHING I eat or drink is the only way to diet, but as mentioned above I am finding it hard!!
Any tips welcomed!
