confused about points allowance

Joined weight watchers today. Leader gave me points allowance of 30. Went home and logged into the app and my points allowance is 52. Which is the right allowance to follow and has any one else had such a discrepancy between points by leader and app?

Mine is 30 and has been since SP were rolled out just before Christmas. I think your points allowance is based on your weight, so if you have more to lose then your points would be higher and then gradually reduce down.

Have you got a mobile number for your group leader? they usually respond to a text if you have a question.

If you are breastfeeding it should be quite a lot higher than if not. 30 is the minimum so I think your leader has got it wrong

52 is the minimum you should be on if exclusively breastfeeding. Your leader has forgotten to add them on for you.

52 seems loads? I'd have to eat loads

I have 52 points Sharon and I'm bf. It's great! Bf takes about 500kcal a day.
I'm using them with bigger portions sizes and snacks

You could always try no count if you're finding it difficult to eat your 52 points.
