Ans wow, what a change. Gonna take a bit of getting used to I think these SPs.

Has anyone found it sinks in after a while?

Come over to our 2016 thread, some people seem OK with SPs. I'm staying with Pps though because I feel comfortable with them and have lost weight before on them and I can't be bothered to learn all the new stuff.

I last did WW when it was 1 2 3 Success 2000..... Going to have a lot to learn!!

I've taken out the combined online and meeting pass for the first month - I'd prefer to use the online tools (have baby twins and 2 1/2 stone to lose!) but need to go to a meeting first for someone to explain everything to me...
