So I have been doing ww for about 18months and have lost 50lbs. However, I am now heavier than I was just before Christmas last year. In fact since Christmas last year I seem to have totally lost the plot! I just cannot seem to stick to my points and find myself constantly giving up half way through a week. I'm not feeling in control and have been going back to my old habits of binging on biscuits and adding cheese to everything. I'm really disappointed with myself, but can't seem to snap out of it. 
Anyone got any tips on how to get back into it properly? I have about 2 stone left to go, 1.5 to be a healthy bmi.
