Can I do weight watchers if I don't eat wheat or refined sugar and don't like counting points?

Just that really...I'm not keen on counting points (for various reasons...) and had heard that there was a low carb version and a 5:2 version?

I have eaten this way before but I know that I will need a bit of help to lose the final stone pounds.

Definitely! Weight Watchers will be perfect for you because you can adapt it to suit you. If you don't like counting then do the filling and healthy approach. You can eat any of the foods on the filling and healthy list and eat until you feel satisfied. The only time you would need to count would be if you eat something not on the list. You would then need to calculate the points value of it and subtract from your weekly allowance of 49 pro points.
