Where do I find propoints values?

I have the small pocket guide that comes with the pack in group.

But how do I find values of things that aren't on there? Such as pepper sauce for example?

If you have a monthly pass and a smart phone you can download the weight watchers app. It has a barcode scanner and a calculator so you can use the nutritional information to work out the points in anything. There is also a host of food values already listed that you can search for.

Even though I have now got to goal, I still pay a monthly fee just to get esource and the app.

I joined weight watchers as I'd had some success in the past with it. You used to get a little cardboard gadget that could be used to work them out. They changed the points system so it doesn't work out anymore, and I was told if I wanted an alternative I would have to pay for it.

No, I go to a weekly class - no-one has mentioned a monthly pass.

How do I go about that?

Thanks by the way!

You can do it online, or buy in class. I did mine online (I was part of the Mumsnet product test so had no choice). You have to set up a direct debit and they take monthly payments until you cancel.

If you don't fancy that, you can buy a calculator in class where you can input the nutrition information of a product in and it calculates the propoints for you, or buy the shopping guide which lists a selection of items by Supermarket.

I have both of those as well but tend to just use the app.

You could buy the Value Diary app.

Tbh I just guessed at a rate of 50 calories per point.
