Hi all,
What's your breakfast of choice, high or low points.
I'm trying to work out my day. I need to stick to measured portions as I'm finding myself over eating on f&h.
Thanks

I have crumpets topped with banana on work days. They are 5pp for 2, keep me full until lunch and are quick to makeSmile

I'm not actually on WW at the moment (but I was, so I know what you're talking about!). I've been having a toasted cinnamon and raisin bagel (no topping at all) and I really like it

I have Oat So Simple porridge with banana - really like it and great for portion control as it comes in a sachet!
