Not losing

I'm getting so frustrated. I've not lost anything In the past 3 weeks. I've been staying under my weeklies and going for walks almost every day. Usually that's enough to get a 1lb loss a week at least.
No idea why it isnt working but it's really getting me down.

Hi Roseybee, how frustrating!

Without knowing what you eat (obviously!) it's hard to make suggestions, but all I can think of is that you might be eating loads of 0 point fruit?

The other thing is to try tracking on paper and making sure that you are counting every single thing that you eat - I know that I sometimes forget things, or how much I've had if I don't write it down straight away.

I've not been snacking at all really as I don't have time with a 2 year old and 6 week old lol. I keep forgetting to snack during the day.
Not been eating much fruit at all.
I use the app on my phone so I track everything either in advance or as I eat. I'm basically following it exactly the way I did before I fell pregnant and lost 1lb a week this way. Wondering if it's just a post baby plateau at this point while my body tries to figure out what's going on. I've lost inches but just not any weight. X

It'll be the fact you have a 6 week old. Pregnancy seriously affects your metabolism ime.

Have you got a bit slap dash about weighing food. I have to be really strict about this as I find that if don't then I add another spoon here and a few more grammes there

I've never weighed food. I use bowls and spoons as guides as I found weighing things into a scale depressed me.
I'm having the same portion sizes as I've always had when it's worked before which is what's frustrating.
I did lose a lb this week though after using all my weeklies. I'm wondering if I hadn't been eating enough as id only been using half my weeklies.
