Hi all, first post on this board.
I've been following pro points for about 6 weeks and I've managed to lose (until now) 7.5lbs which is pretty good as I only had about 10lbs to lose in total.
All was well until this week and I just don't know what I have done wrong! I've put on 2lbs. 
I've been so careful this week too as I'm going away for the weekend.
I'm gutted ð???
