What am I doing wrong?

Hi all, first post on this board.
I've been following pro points for about 6 weeks and I've managed to lose (until now) 7.5lbs which is pretty good as I only had about 10lbs to lose in total.
All was well until this week and I just don't know what I have done wrong! I've put on 2lbs. Shock
I've been so careful this week too as I'm going away for the weekend.
I'm gutted ð???

Are you using all your points i.e. dailies + weeklies, are you eating too much fruit, are you weighing and pointing everything, is it TOTM?

I haven't always used my dailies, though not far off and I haven't always used my weeklies. So maybe I haven't actually been eating enough (there's a turn out for the books!)

I don't think it's the fruit, and I am pretty careful with weighing and points!

It's not the TOTM.

Feeling a bit deflated. I'm so close to goal!

See it this way. It's impossible to have gained weight if you have followed the plan to the letter.

2lb is the equivalent to an extra 3000 calories (I think) and you know you haven't had that much!

Could you have been eating salty foods this week and so your body is holding into extra water?

Also lots of peeps on WW do say to take it very easy on the fruit.

You need to be eating all your points, under eating will not make you lose weight quicker. Try using all your points + your weeklies and see how you get on. I've just both and I've lost 9lbs in 3 weeks

Not eating your points won't have caused it.

I would go with fruit or portions (which you have said it isn't )

Or random fluctuation that isn't really weight. Water retention. Scales not quite flat. Heavy clothes.

I put 2 lbs on right in the middle of my cycle. It'll just be something random like that.

I think it was just water retention or something like that! I weighed myself this morning and now it seems I'm back on track. I guess it was a blip.

Did really upset me though Hmm
