I only lost 1lb in week 1 - missing the old points

I'm a lapsed Gold member. Last did WW 5 years ago and had real success on old points going from 10st7 to 9st 1. Im 5ft2. Last week I started at 10st 11 and have lost just 1lb despite my efforts. I did 4 days filling and healthy and 3 pointed. I knew i wouldnt lose much as when i previously went to slimming world and ate like filling and healthy i put on weight! Just so disappointed as I have been doing Ww on and off for 25 yrs and always lost at least 3lb in week 1. Everybody around me lost 4lb ish on their 1st week. I was so disappointed today that i didn't stay. Next week i will try just pp only and see if counting works. I didnt splurge on f and h either. I know all about bananas! But it did feel too much regardless. I also worked out 3 times and used only 14 bonus points. Did anybody else experience a slow loss at first? Feeling disheartened x

If you have been doing it for that many years, perhaps you need to look on it that the new way is more sustainable Smile

Well I followed PP to the letter and put on 1lb this week so back to vintage it is!

I'm struggling with pro points too. Lost weight easily with old points twice. Have been following pp for almost a month now and the scales are not shifting! Getting fed up..... How are you managing to count for the old system?

I miss the old system too, is there a points calculator we can use and do it together?

annielostit · 25/03/2015 14:15

I was just looking at the old points book and considering following them. I cant get on with propoints either. Will have to look for a calculator.
