Salad Dressing

Can anyone recommend a low point salad dressing. The usual low fat vinaigrette are disgusting

I am making my own but of course it is a few points

WW do a Caesar style one which is nice - nothing like ACTUAL Caesar dressing, but still has a nice taste.

it is only 1 point per 30ml too - I know Ocado do it, and our local garden centre for some reason....

I do my own too - it is not too high since I put a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a spray bottle with a tablespoon of balsamic, shake and spray that onto the salad leaves and season. not even a point a serving really since it lasts for ages when you spray it on.

Thanks for that. I will try it in a spray. I do make my own with olive oil and vinegar in a small pot but it ends up being 3 or so points which is a fair bit of my daily allowance.

Bought the tesco healthy choices dressing. Not keen on it. On top of that it says on the front 0 propoints for a 15ml spoon. All well and good put 2 spoons onto tracker points go up to 1. Not worth it

Have you tried Balsamic Glaze? Tescos does one. I expect the other main stream supermarkets do too(and Lidl/Aldi, but only if you are in on the right week) I'm doing Filling and Healthy, so Balsamic Vinegar is 'free' - our bottle doesn't suggest it has anything else in it (like sugar...) and I've failed to find a Propoints for it. I don't douse but lightly drizzle. It perks up bagged green salad no end.
