Started again this week...so far, so good...

I didn't really want to start back onto a slimming regime - am big and overweight but wanting to accept, respect and a way to love my body, rather than obsessing about food etc - but the weight has gradually crept up since Christmas and then I was ill a month ago and needed steroids to recover which always make me gain a few stubborn pounds - the last few weeks I have just felt pretty low and physically uncomfortable. So back to WW it is having tried slimming world most recently. - wish me luck!

Also, I think my WW consultant has given me the wrong number for my daily pro points - 38...is this right? Seems very high. I found an online (not official WW) guide and it seemed more probably that my allowance was supposed to be about 30...seems quite a big discrepancy Blush

What's your height and weight someone similar will be able to advise re the points. It sounds a lot to me but if you have a lot to lose. I started at 27 and went down to 26 but that was starting from right at the top of the 'normal' weight range.

I have been back on ww for a week as well. I feel so much better for eating properly! Do you feel better?
