Weight Watchers Core Plan

INeedSomeHelp · 10/02/2015 07:15

Does anyone still have any of the books or information from when WW did the core plan?
It worked really well for me and I'd like to do it again. I do have some recipe books but would love to find any of the introductory information.
I'll happily buy anything that anyone might have.
Thanks

I don't have any materials but I have the No Count list, which was the plan before Core:
Fresh fruit, canned fruit in juice not syrup
Vegetables
Beans (including baked beans)
Cereals - All Bran, Bran Flakes, Corn Flakes, Porridge, Puffed Wheat, Rice Krispies, Shredded Wheat, Shreddies, Special K, Weetabix (eaten with skimmed milk, not dry)
Grains - Buckwheat, Bulgur Wheat, Couscous, Crispbread, Noodles, Pasta, Polenta, Popcorn, Quinoa, Rice, Rice Cakes, Rice Noodles, Semolina, Spaghetti (canned in tomato sauce)
Meat - Bacon, Beef, Gammon, Ham, Lamb, Pork, Rabbit, Venison
Fish - canned fish to be in water, brine or tomato sauce, not oil
Poultry - Chicken, Duck, Turkey
Eggs
Dairy - Cottage Cheese, Low Fat Fromage Frais, Low Fat Soft Cheese, Quark, Skimmed Milk, Soya Milk, Yoghurt (fate free or low fat, any flavour)
Soup - only those containing No Count ingredients

Core added avocado to the fruit list and 2 tsp healthy oil daily, but got rid of white rice, rice cakes, crackerbreads and ryvita with seeds.

3 meals a day, only fruit snacks inbetween, and 21 points a week for treats (old points, not ProPoints).

Thanks Piggy - that's pretty much what I remember. Just need to get back on it now!
