I am so broke at the moment but desparately want to lose weight. I have all the books so could do it on my own but was hoping omeone could help me work out my pp allowance? I am 5'11 and weigh 17 stone 13 and I'm 39. I would be really grateful if someone could help. Thanks.

It will be around 34.. depending on activity levels
sedentary =33,
light (not sedentary, but standing most of the day) = 34
moderate=walking about all day =36
heavy = 38

ww tend to default to "light" for most users.

These points values will only be valid for the first 2 lb - since you are 251lb - when you go down under 250 you lose a point... so 249lb you would be 1PP less on each activity level etc.
