Hi, I've been doing WW for 6 mths and lost 2 stone so far.
Previous year I lost 2 stone on my own.

So 4 ish in total in two years ish.

But the last month or two I seem to be yo-yoing by a pound or two, or STS.

It's getting annoying now!

Anything I can do to get the weight shifting again?

I do 2 hours of Zumba, 25 minutes of swimming, walk the school run each day and do 4 hours of cleaning (as a job) each week.

Ideally I'd like to shift another 2 stone.

How many points do you eat a day? Do you mix up your points or have you ever tried the Wendy plan (Google it, it calculates your points into having high and low days) Do you drink plenty of water? Have you tried mixing up your exercise to do something different?
