Just started ww on line. I thought I read somewhere on the site that I get 500ml skimmed milk a day if counting propoints. But now can't find it so wondering if I imagined it?? Thanks

Thanks - so that's "free" on top of my points allowance?

Granted I've not been to a meeting for a while, but no, you do not get a milk allowance when counting points. Possibly with F&H, but I've never used that option.

Thanks Marmite I guess it was wishful thinking!! I noticed today that in the meal plans in the magazine they count propoints for milk.

Yup sorry, just wishful thinking!

You can to some extent make your own rules op, then assess if they are working. I never included tea and coffee at all (and milk in it) when counting points (normal ones not caramel with 6 inches of cream on top). I lost weight fine, am currently 10lbs under target.

Skimmed milk is free on h&f
