What do I do with these 49pts?!

Restarted last night as find maintaining a loss hard without a system! Can you really have 49extra puts at a wkd and not go over? Do I have to eat all my 26 pts on one day? Or can you carry some over?

You can't carry over daily ones that you don't use. The 49 works its way down gradually if you go over a bt during the week - eg you use 29 points, the extra 49 turns into 46 for the rest of the week until you go over again.

Yes, you MUST eat at least your daily points. This is the absolute minimum that you need to function, not the limit. I'm on 33PP a day and sometimes struggle to stay within them, I've never understood people who struggle to eat their dailies on lower allowances! Some days I eat 50PP without turning to "junk", I just have large meals and full fat dairy/condiments. I eat every single point available to me, exercise 3-4 times a week and lose 1-3lbs a week.

You don't have to use the 49 weeklies at weekend, you can use them how and when you like.

I don't do any exercise due to health limitations but use all daily (31) and all weeklies points every week without fail and I always lose.

I think people just go into 'diet mode' and think they can only eat low fat things or stuff themselves full of 0pp fruit and veg to the detriment of their points.

What I do is plan all my weeks meals and snacks using all my daily and weekly points and then if I need anything else, I will use 0pp foods to fill me up

OP I used all my dailies, all my weeklies (mostly spread out over the week but had slice of cake one day) and the 24 activity points I earnt last week (I run) and still lost 4lb! Personally I prefer to have little treats each day and then some extra on the weekend.
