I'm so close to goal (well I was ... 1lb off to be exact) and I'm just had a massive blow out. Cheesy garlic bread, chocolate digestives and a peice of cake! I feel so guilty cause I wasn't even hungry! I've just had a bad week with a lot of bad news and I think I've been emotionally over eating! I don't know what to do, think I'll skip weigh in this week cause I'll be on even more of a downer if I see I've gained half a stone back! Just so disappointed with myself!!!

Won't do you any harm, don't beat yourself up. Just go back to what you were doing previously and I bet that last tiny pound will fall off.

the key is to just put it behind you and carry on, don't let it sabotage your thinking any more beyond the present..
