...do I have to do the Simple Start thingy or just get cracked in to normal pro points?

Anyone else returning to ww? Or recently returned? Any inspiration or advice much appreciated...

I returned recently too after a couple of years gap - I went straight to propoints as that's what I used before and lost weight. I joined slimming world a few months ago but couldn't get to grips with it, and the simple start from weight watchers is quite similar so I knew it wouldn't suit me. It's entirely up to yourself really. Good luck :) x

I lost weight with ww right back in 1983, The Flexi 1000 diet if I recall correctly. I put it all on again because I didn't take it that seriously.

Fast forward to the new millenium and my doctor is telling me that if my blood pressure get any higher I'll be in hospital.

So, I lose weight with, I'll whisper it softly, 'Rosemary Conley's Eat Yourself Slim'. I keep the lost weight off for a number of years.

In 2011 my husband and I emigrated overseas and what with one thing and another all the weight has gone back on.

Oh well, back to the drawing board.

Locally, there seems to be ww meetings as it's an international brand. How do pro-points actually work ?
