Is there a big list of pro point values for a number of foods or do you have to use the calculator for everything?

You should use the app, most food is in there. And the Shop book and Eating out guides are both very helpful. They sell those at meetings or you might be able to buy online.

Just bumping this up to ask; does anyone know, is the rule approx. 40 calories per PP? I've been calorie counting for a few months, so just curious. Thanks!

It's not the rule, its a good way to estimate if you're lacking all the other nutritional info, but it's not guaranteed accurate.
