I have signed up online and tracking on my phone . To begin with, I thought that I wouldn't be able to do it, but in only 4 days I have lost 4.6lb!

maybe I really did eat more rubbish than I actually noticed. The app is really good , I like how I can input food and it will calculate the pp value.

I had my ds almost 6 months ago and need to get down to 10 stone , I am currently just over 12 Blush

any ideas for healthy meals anyone?!

Hi! I am thinking of starting (again!) today.... I have a daydream of going back to the school run in September and people commenting on my weight loss!

I have similar stats to you. Am currently 12st 6 and want to get down to 10 stone. I have an 11 week old DS (and three older ones).

I really want to do this!

Lots and lots of ideas, on phone at the Mo but will come back to thread later with some suggestions! I love WW, I've lost 8 stone in 15mo so a bit of a convert!

I also have a dd , she is 5 and I didn't get rid of much weight after having her to be honest. I am 5 ft 5 and am all bottom and legs at the moment. I used to be a size 8 I'm now a 12 top 14 bottom Blush

How often should you weigh yourself ? I can't help but go on the scales each morning ! today my loss is 5.4lb since Monday !

Once a week Max, same day, same time, same place, same clothes if loss. And track it each week as it will adjust your points allowance.
