I have signed up online and tracking on my phone . To begin with, I thought that I wouldn't be able to do it, but in only 4 days I have lost 4.6lb!
maybe I really did eat more rubbish than I actually noticed. The app is really good , I like how I can input food and it will calculate the pp value.
I had my ds almost 6 months ago and need to get down to 10 stone , I am currently just over 12 
any ideas for healthy meals anyone?!
