Struggling with lunches!

Hi

I have been doing WW for 2 weeks and find I am struggling with what to eat for lunch. I usually use 4 points at breakfast/break time then I need around 15 for evening meal. So that leaves around 8 for lunch. I have been having spaghetti or beans on toast but I am sick of that after 2 weeks!

So what do you eat for lunch?

I take my lunch in to work, I have wraps with chicken and hummus, loads of vegetables, Peppadew peppers (in a jar) are free and a few are delicious with this. I also found a recipe for a roasted courgette/feta lunch which is easy, and I roast up a couple of courgettes when I have the oven on. Pasta/tuna salad loaded with veg as well.

I've been chucking a tin of tuna into a lunchbox then adding lots of chopped up salad and beetroot. Only a few points, takes ages to eat. I finish off with a chewy delight cereal bar which is 2 points.

Or I have some crackers with a bit of philly and some fruit.

some ideas:
chicken with salad
scrambled egg and beans
stir fried veg with noodles and soy sauce
pasta with home made zero points tomato sauce.
baked potato and tuna

Also 15 sounds a lot to need for dinner, there are loads of meals that are less. If you use the leanest cuts of meat, avoid oil in cooking then tbh most meals I found came in much lower than that.

I've had either a tuna or chicken homemade salad all week with a tiny bit of Pizza Express light dressing. Not many points.

I'm at home tomorrow so going to have soup (0 points). I often buy wraps and have them with wafer thin ham and salad or chicken salad.
