I lost weight with WW years ago when it was the old "points" system. Some of the weight I lost has went back on so recently I rejoined WW to try and shift some lbs. I see that they now have two plans - Filling and healthy and also pro-points. I am finding it hard at the minute as I keep thinking of the old points system and I can't get used to the new one. Do you know how you go about working out the points of things online? I attend meetings but was just wondering if any of you know how to work out the points of things online?
