I'm thinking of joining weight watchers again. I was last successful in 2006 when I lost 4 stone after the birth of ds2. I tried again more recently after the birth of ds3 and failed miserably. Meaning that I was not at a happy weight at all for my wedding 2 weeks ago.

I need to do something. I was going to join tonight. Do you think online or a class is best? There is a class nearby this evening. However, on Saturday I have a friends hen do and I will be drinking I intend to use my 49 points towards alcohol but what can I eat. We are going to a Marstons chain of pub to eat. Does anyone know if I can find out any of the points for their meals anywhere ? Thank you

How about a salad? If you don't have any dressings, that would be pretty good. Or how about a plain steak with jacket potato?

I would do a healthy and filling day and make it fit as far as possible. So steak or fish is ok and I wouldn't stress about a few pp. If you are worried then just allocate it say 5 (unless you have dessert that is)
