This is my first week of WW and I have kept to my points each day. I haven't used any of my weekly allowance yet but am off to TGI Friday's tonight with friends and want to work out the best thing to eat. Is there anyway I can find out how many pro points are in different things? We're going to the pictures too so I would like a scoop of ice cream but again I don't know how much it would be.
I've got the full 49 points and probably 15 points from today's allowance. Will that be enough?
