I'm doing f&h and the first month lost loads of weight and felt great. Last week I only lost half a pound and thought I'd been doing well. I feell so demotivated now! I can't seem to stop eating and although it's all (well mostly!) on the f&h list I'm sure I'm not going to lose weight by constantly eating crumpets as continuous snacks! I've done well cutting out sugar, but the temptation is creeping back. Please help me get motivated again, really want to this to work! I don't have a healthy relationship with food and desperately want to change it. Thank you

When my WW leader told us a 1/2 lb was the same as a pack of butter I didn't feel so bad when it happened.

Some weeks are like that.

How many crumpets do you have a day? Maybe having them for breakfast would put you off snacking on them later??

I couldn't believe crumpets were on the h&f list. mind you I only like them with lots of butter. delete them from allowed foods I reckon and eat more at meal times.

some of the thinner crumpets are only 2 points each, and I put honey on instead of butter, so a total of 5 points for 2 and usually have some fruit with it for breakfast.
