I joined Ww a few years ago, probably with the old points system as I think it's all changed now. I stuck to the points but found I didn't really lose any weight, it was almost as if I was allowed to eat too much
!! Did anyone else find this? Would like to rejoin but wondering if just calorie counting rather than having to learn all the points is worth it. Also you probably have to sign up first before you see your point allowance but curious what it's based on - everyone works differently surely? sorry, maybe a bit sceptical but happy to be convinced!!!
