I joined Ww a few years ago, probably with the old points system as I think it's all changed now. I stuck to the points but found I didn't really lose any weight, it was almost as if I was allowed to eat too muchSmile!! Did anyone else find this? Would like to rejoin but wondering if just calorie counting rather than having to learn all the points is worth it. Also you probably have to sign up first before you see your point allowance but curious what it's based on - everyone works differently surely? sorry, maybe a bit sceptical but happy to be convinced!!!

It worked for me. I suppose like everything out depends on your body. That said, there is free stuff that if you ate too much of (bananas for example! ) are not going to help. Also interrupting the points can be tricky for some people. I used to sit by a woman at work who reckoned that a chicken chow mein takeaway was 5 points Grin. While that is clearly ridiculous it is easy to make mistakes I think.

Say it again Tobysmum! Grin Yes of course it works if you stick to it. I did the old plan & lost 2 stone in 3.5 months. Have put a stone back on in the past 10 yrs so will be joining again this week. A mum from school has been doing it recently & has lost 2.5 stone.
