Starting Weight Watchers

Going to start weight watchers this week does anyone have any tips?
I would like to lose around 3 stone maybe a bit more, we will see how we go I guess.

ok my tips:

Put low fat mayonnaise, salad dressing and fry light spray on your shopping list.

Choose lean cuts of meat so silverside beef, fillet steak Shock , extra lean mince, chicken breast, fish/ pulses also ok. Ricotta is good, get half fat cheese.

cook where possible without oil.

Everyone tells me to make my porridge with water, not dining that low!

Tbh I've been on it a month and I'm not finding it that hard.

I make my porridge w almond milk, its only 1pp for 200ml and it tastes lovely.
