Hi all I started ww in January and have done ok so far, I've lost 11lb and I'm currently 4lb off my target but I seem to have stalled, I have just been doing the pro points but does anyone think simple start might help shift some of these last lbs? Or do I need to reduce my points, any advice would be fab thank you

Hi I joined in January and tried the new simple start plan and I love it. I've lost 31 pounds so far and I think it might be worth swapping to simple start as your body is probably used to propoints. Simple start is fab to follow. Hope this helps x

I'm not convinced the difference is that massive. pp guide you into eating lots of lean protein anyway. So the only difference is the wholegrain carbs. (assuming simple start is the same as healthy and filling)

I've been losing ok and like you am pretty close to target weight. I've tried hf but when I point it backwards I find I'm way under 26 pp. So... I guess my answer is....that I think either the different approach or reducing pp would work.

Simple Start didn't produce great results for me but others I know have had great losses on it. Have you had your points allowance recalculated lately? 26 (iirc) is the minimum so I wouldn't dip below that.
What works for me when I'm needing a boost is:
Upping activity levels a bit (but not using the points I earn).
Cutting out white carbs (and paring back on other carbs).
Big glass of water about 20 mins before I sit down to eat.
Zero point soup, buckets of the stuff!

Good luck!
