I followed weightwatchers a while ago - I usually counted points during the week and then switched to F&H on a weekend. I haven't joined a group yet as this may not actually be for me and wanted to do my own trial run first. I have done some research on 'Simple Start' - I don't think I would last a week if I had to start with this approach. From the reading I've done though on this site and other sites people are starting off doing this plan and then switching to F&H or points after two weeks. I would have liked to have followed the old way I used to do it unless its really recommended doing simple start first????? Is it still ok to pick and chose whether a day is points or F&H or is one plan or the other recommended? Do any newbies skip simple start altogether and do a mixture of the other two plans and still have good weight losses? Or are leaders really recommending simple start first?
