Sunday dinner on simple start

Hello! I've been persuaded Wink to host Sunday dinner for DP family. Done roast beef and roast pork.
My question is, can I actually eat a Sunday dinner in the filling and healthy way? Meat is going to be high fat I think? Gravy? I'm stuck and don't like to phone the group leader on a Sunday. Any pearls of wisdom MN'ers? Xxxx

Probably far too late but you definitely can - eat the lean bits of the meat, etc. You'd need to point the gravy/yorkies but the rest is definitely in SS. My leader has mentioned how handy that is quite a few times!
