Starting simple start

I'm doing ww online and just wondered how people get on with simple start and how good the losses are?

It looks quite straightforward. I've done sw before so its not a new approach for me but I just have a question.
How can crumpets be on the filling and healthy list? I do like crumpets and could probably eat a couple normally but they must be fairly boring without butter and jam! Though I would still enjoy one with marmite.

I'm going to a wedding abroad in June and I'd like to lose 2 stone. Is that achievable?

I rejoined this week and have gone straight to counting points. 2 stone sounds achievable. It all depends on your starting point, I suppose. Last year I went from weighing 11st to 10st in 3 months. It was quite easy

You can have low sugar jam on the crumpets well I do. Its the butter which is yum and that causes problems. But they are fine without butter.

That sounds good. I need to go from just under 12 to a decent weight! Ideally to 9 but I'll look ok at 10

I'd love to know how people get on with it and how much weight they have lost on it.

I do F&H / Simple Start and have lost 8.5lbs in 6 weeks.
