I think I've made a mistake?

Hi I'm new to ww and on first week simple start.
My meals have been:
Breakfast:
Blueberries and strawberries
Lunch:
Cherry tomato and onion omelette using fry light
Dinner!
So I went to my mums for dinner and she made me a low fat bolognese using extra lean mince an passata. I'm not sure if passata is allowed on this plan? Also it was served with white pasta which I'm not sure if allowed???
Do I need to alter what I eat tomorrow if I've done this wrong to compensate?
Oh I've also had 2 coffees with semi skimmed and I think that's wrong too Confused ???

Passata is just smooth tomatoes so should be free on most diets! Not sure about pasta.

Passata is free on all WW plans. Are you doing new "simple start" or whatever it's called?! I wouldn't worry about what type of pasta it was. Doesn't sound like you've over eaten. Just do it right tomorrow! Good luck.

I lost 5st with WW (though currently preggo) x

Yes doing simple start in desperate attempt to shift baby weight for holiday in 29 days. Eeek!!! X

One day at a time. Eat all your points (when you get onto pointing), do exercise it helps weight loss massively. Go to meetings, stay at meetings. Go to meeting even if you've had a really bad week.

Thanks for the advice! I've stared doing the 30 day shred DVD which is about 20 mins each day so I hope that is going to help. Plus try to get out for a walk to the shops with pram if the weather permits.
Been soon that a while but not losing anything so must have been eating the wrong stuff. I really really hope ww plan works as I'm determined to shift some of this bulk! Xx

You can have wholewheat pasta. I do F&H (Filling and Healthy) and have 49 points for treats during the week. Also brown rice is ok.
