Has anybody got still the Tasty and Low Purple booklet from the 90's?

Hello. My weight has been creeping up over the past year and I'm now heavier than I've ever been and the NHS website tells me I need to lose 1st 11lb to get to the middle of my healthy BMI range.

I've lost weight succesfully on WW before (and SW, and cabbage soup etc etc!) and did the pro-points thing in 2010/11 and lost loads of weight, but it's now back on plus more. I've signed up to the online thing, but haven't logged any food or weight for weeks and I'm getting to that desperate stage where I'm in the right mindset to stick to the plan.

Way back (last century, yikes!) I did WW and they gave us a freebie booklet which I think was called Tasty and Low which was meal ideas with very low old style points (when you had 18 per day and no 'extras' for treats). There was a potato stew recipe in there, it might have been called Moroccan potato stew / casserole, which I used to add chicken to and take to work as a packed lunch, but I can't find my old recipe booklet and wondered if anyone here still had a copy?

If you do, I'd be ever so grateful if you'd post the ingredients on here - I think it was pretty much chuck it all in a casserole dish and stick in the oven for ages, which also appeals to me!

I have the books from 2000, in the purple"tasty and low", there is a one pot Greek Potato stew, if that sounds like it, let me know and I'll post ingredients. ( on phone scuse punctuation)

weasleybreeder thank you so much for your reply, but I don't need the recipe anymore - I eventually found my old WW stuff (I'd had a bit of a clear out before Christmas and thought I'd got rid of the old material then, but I'm a bit of a hoarder, so I hadn't!).

It was the Greek Potato Stew recipe that I wanted, me and my friend always added some chicken and a splash of port which made it much tastier! And I've had it for lunch a few times this week and will be doing for the forseeable future!!
