Chicken Breast Recipies

Hi Just wondering if anyone has any recipes that involve chicken breasts and that are pro point friendly. I would like to do some menu planning for next week and am thinking along the line of easy to prepare dinners for mid week after a long day at work.

There are loads here.
I've made the sesame chicken, the chicken nuggets, buffalo chicken strips, crockpot chicken and black bean soup. The site is American but it's really easy if you have some American measuring cups.

Cut a slit in the chicken, tuck in a little slice of stilton and then wrap in parma ham...cook in a little stock in the oven....recipe is on the WW site and is lovely!!
