I know absolutely nothing about ww as I've only done skimming world in the past. What does ww involve? I need to lose around 5 stone, possibly a bit more.

What would a typical day of eating look like? Are you allowed an occasional treat?

It depends. Normally you are allowed 20 something points a day and you use those to eat normal food. You also have 49 points a week which you can use for extra/treats etc. or not if you want.

However, at the moment there is simple start, which I love. It's eat what you like off a long list of power foods (brown rice, fruit, lean protein, skimmed milk, loads more) with 7 points extra a day for indulgences.

I've had today

Alpen porridge half water half milk 6points
whole M&S party pack of prawn lollipops with Salad 5points
M&S Beef stroganoff ready meal, green beans and broccoli 10points
2 big handfuls of 'Christmas' savoury snacks 9points

Ive had 30points today so have 9 left if necessary so in theory could have a big fat Mars bar which about 9 points (I wont though)

I have 39 points as I have 6.5 stone to lose
