Could anyone tell me how may pro points in 30g
I can only find the pro points for the light and extra light but only have full fat in the house!

No problem - quite pleasantly surprised actually as I never buy it as can't stand the light stuff! Might go wild and buy some full fat now Grin

I much prefer full fat. There are certain foods where its worth going for the fuller fat version as they are tastier. a 500ml tub of Total 0% Greek Yogurt is 7 pts and the 2% fat is 9pts. I much prefer the higher fat version and would rather have 135g of it (for 2pp) rather than 170g of the 0% (which is 2pp)

I agree - especially salad dressings and mayo. I just prefer less than a mouthful of chemical stuff. That extra light mayo should be banned - blurgh!
