Bananas

How can there be 0 pro points in a banana? Every other diet counts them, I thought average banana is 100kcal. I ask because I'm stuck at 11st4 and wondered if I should avoid them, I only have one every 2-3 days

Are you eating lots of other fruit in a day? We were told that 0pro points food isn't 'free food' and if you had lots of fruit it would eventually have a points value.

I eat a small banana every other day because the potassium in bananas is supposed to help to counter the effects of salt on my high blood pressure. At one point my weight loss decreased and when I analysed my diet I was eating at least 200-300 calories of fruit and veg a day so I've cut back a little, point bananas as 1 and count calories along with Pro-points.
