fry light without alcohol in it

does anyone know a brand which doesn't have alcohol in it? i know it says it evaporates with the cooking but still would feel uneasy with it.
joined slimming world and want to order everything with groceries now, but couldn't find a suitable brand by googling. im sure there are some out there?

I was once told, not sure by who, that rather than use that sort of stuff just fill a spry bottle with one part olive oil to seven parts water and give it a shake before use. At least you know what you are using that way.
