As the title says, just wondering if it's worth trying. I have developed what can only be described as an udder (when I'm kneeling on all fours!) and need to get it sorted!

Hmm, Not sure I would want to look like Hanna Waterman TBH. She looks a bit odd. A number of + reviews on Amazon but they are from people that confess to having 10 other fitness dvd's?

A few - reviews also.

"I use DVD's when it is difficult to get too the gym (school holidays etc) so if you're like me and you want something that's fun to work out, simple to follow techniques and more importantly something which does actually work your body - this is not the dvd for you. Hannah starts in this depressing building with two musclemen by her side telling you what to do. Its completely cheesy and unbearable to watch."

go for brisk walks several times a week. Stop eating bread. Your stomach will go in no time
