I haven't but have seen a lot advertised lately.

If you have no health issues I would say go for it. My only concern is you get pushed too far and get an injury as they want results. As long as you listen to your own body and stop if it gets too much.

I wouldn't worry about going on your own. There will be quite a few people in a similiar situation as yourself.

Oooh I go to one it is FAB! Mind its not a military one.
I really enjoy the being pushed to your limits, its amazing what being in a group can make you do. I have been going for a few weeks now and I am starting to see results.
I never really exercised before hand so was quite scared before I went but again its amazing how quick your level of fitness increases.
Go for it!!!

im looking forward to it, just v v apprehensive!

Well done sowhatis!!
It's that feeling off knowing you've pushed yourself more than you would have done if you just went for a run yourself.
I've got an injury at the moment so been off for a week and really missing it!

sowhatis · 10/07/2010 12:49

Me too!
I hoping to make it on Monday, being out of it for a week though is going to make it tough going.
I hope you do well on tuesday.

sowhatis · 15/07/2010 08:05

well, i made it again on tuesday and going again friday. its such hard work but amazing, i swear i can see a difference already (obviously with sensible diet changes past few weeks).

i never 'look forward' to it as such, but its great when you get there!

hope your injury has healed cosysocks
