How do I detox?

I feel yuck. My skin is bad, I feel fat and lazy and have no energy. I know I need to eat more fruit and veg and drink more water - I used to be good at that but haven't done well lately. I feel like I need a kick start and was thinking of doing a detox thing. Except I don't know how.

No caffeine presumably but what else?

Try the Carol Vorderman 28 day detox.

Another Mner suggested it to me a while back- I think it was LetThemEatCake. I tried it for a few days but I started to feel a bit sick so I stopped, but I wish I'd persevered as it is meant to be amazing. Might try it again.

I think if you try to get rid of all processed foods and white carbs, such as white bread and pasta, pastry, cakes, etc. and drink lots of water it will help.

Also try to think of "clean" food. My mum once went to a nutritionist who said that you should always imagine that you are trying to clean out your insides with your food. You could imagine doing that with a nice lettuce leaf or a piece of cucumber, but not a big slice of bread and butter IYSWIM.

Thank you - that helps. I will google Carol Vorderman. And drink more water!
