Erm, not sure if thhis came from WW but this is how I make it...

Sweat onions/garlic/leak over low heat with a few squirts of fry light type stuff.

Add some stock,I normally add couple of litres, made to pack instructions.

Add some chopped root veg, carrot, swede, turnip, butternut squash (but not parsnips cos they have points!!).

Boil til the veg is soft then liquidise (I use a hand held blender and do it in the saucepan, but can tip it into a blender)

Then either it all straight away, it's zero points so it doesnt matter, or freeze in portion sized containers.

If you fancy varying it for summer time then do courgettes, aubergines and red onions instead of root veg and add some passata or tinned tomatoes. Can eat it cold then, chop up some cucumber very finely and float it on the top.

Just use any no point vegetables.
I like spicy butternut squash soup.
Or carrot and coriander.
